With yesterday being such a glorious day (wish the same could be said about today!) I was in the mood for cocktails! A quick scout through our supplies and things were not looking positive, oh what I would have given for a frozen Strawberry Daiquiri! Some creative thinking was required which led me to create 'The Chelerella'. Think of the classic Cinderella mocktail with some booze added.
The Chelerella
50ml orange juice
50ml pineapple juice
15ml lemon juice
30ml vodka
Lemonade
Pour the orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Add a scoop of ice, shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled glass. Top up with lemonade.
Serves 1
Jaunty paper umbrellas are an optional extra of course ;0)
