We Should Cocoa ~ The May Challenge

When Choclette and I first discussed starting up a monthly chocolate baking challenge we toyed with the idea of shaking things up every once in a while by not having a 'secret ingredient'.  As May is our eight challenge (!!!!) I thought it was maybe about time to shake things up a bit and set a bake based on a technique ... drum roll please!

This month I'd love it if everyone came up with a Chocolate Roulade / Swiss Roll.  Call it what you may, just make sure chocolate is included and that you post your creation on your blog and link back to We Should Cocoa by the 25th May.
