Regi's Chicken Supreme

4 chicken breasts browned in frying pan
1 zucchini sliced and browned in frying pan
1 can cream of celery soup
½ c. canned tomatoes
½ c. water

Simmer all together for 15-20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
