Menu Plan Monday Jan 17--Jan 21

     I'm having writer's block on writing an introduction statement today. So, short and sweet, here is the menu for the week...

Breakfasts:
Oatmeal with peaches and cinnamon
omelets
whole wheat bagels with fruit and eggs(on the side)
cereal with bananas

Snacks:
fruit and yogurt smoothies
cheese sticks
fruit
Chicken salad on sandwich thins

Dinners:
bruschetta topped chicken and broccoli
beer stew mexicana (we never got to this last week)
ginger chicken, brown rice, and broccoli
bean soup
