Meet the Beast!!!!

The title does not lie!  This is the beast.


See what I mean?

What is it?  Well its a no knead master dough that can be kept in the fridge for a few days, meaning that you can make your own artisan style bread whenever you like.

No Knead Master Dough
375ml lukewarm water
37g instant yeast
1 1/2 tsp table salt
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
175ml honey
115g unsalted butter, melted
950g plain flour

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, water, honey, melted butter, yeast and salt. Stir well with a wooden spoon. Add in the flour and stir until you don’t see any more dry bits of flour. Cover with a tea towel (not with clingfilm as this would make it airtight and the dough needs the air in order to do its thing while its chilling out) and leave it in the refrigerator overnight, or up to 4 days. According to the Steamy Kitchen blog which is where I found this recipe the longer the dough is left in the fridge the better tasting the dough will be.  The dough can also be left on the bench to rise for 2 hours but this will effect the flavour of the finished piece slightly.
