The Good and The Not So Good!


Today's post can pretty much be summed up with this quote from Og Mandino:

Always seek out the seed of triumph in every adversity.

It is fair to say that my attempt at a Lego block cake has not been my finest achievement to date!!!!


The Liverpool top on the other hand would definitely be described as my seed of triumph!  Quite pleased ;0)


These cakes were made for a work colleagues twin nephews who turn 10 tomorrow.  Joel is a Liverpool fan while Callum loves his Lego and I am lead to believe he can build you just about anything in request in Lego form .... maybe he can build himself his own cake????  Sorry Callum.

And to everyone who has asked from last post, unfortunately I haven't got a new career path.  Chocolate Teapot is supplying cakes, cheesecakes, S'Mores and any other baked (or not so baked as in the case of the cheesecake!) chocolaty treat that is requested but I still have my boring office job!  Maybe one day though ;0)
