We Should Cocoa ~ The July Challenge

Sorry for being a day late with this post - life, the universe and work all take their part to play in the delay!  Humblest apologies!

In keeping with the seasonal theme of our challenges for We Should Cocoa I've decided to up the ante again this month and I have picked apricots as our 'secret' ingredient for the month.  Personally I love using apricots in sweet treats, but based on the comments on some of my apricot posts in the past I know its not something everyone is very familiar with.  So instead of just scoffing these delectable gems straight from the punnet (or the tree if you are lucky enough!) I'd love to see how you pair apricots with chocolate this month, best get your creative 'juices' flowing ;0)

PS - Sorry for the wee update - my blogger issues seem to also extend to leaving a comment on my own blog!!!  Anyhoo, a couple of people have asked about using dried apricots as the real macoys are out of season.  If this is the case for you then please feel free to use the dried ones, the more the merrier for our blog events ;0)
